Any 30-day shredders out there?

I just started doing this on Monday along with eating better.  I am pretty shocked that I've done it every night.  It has only been three days but I've had to do it late when I'm exhausted.  I'm curious how it has worked for others.  My goad is to at least get through the 30 days without missing a day.  Hopefully I will keep it up if I see results.

  • I only did a week or two a couple months after dd was born. My boobs were huge from bfing and there was way too much jumping involved. Plus the dog would run around howling while I did it which would wake dd up. So I quit.

  • I did it for a little while.  When I did it the first day, I was so sore, and I ended up going running, and by the next day, I was in so much pain.  I had to take a break from it.  I wasn't able to consistently stick with it, but we have an elliptical machine too, so I alternated doing the shred with the elliptical (and extra situps).  And the occasional zumba on the wii :)  I definitely noticed it working, I had much better stamina and strength.
  • I did all 30 days a couple of years ago.  I definitely felt myself getting stronger, especially my arms.  I was also running at the time, so I didn't notice a huge difference in my stamina.  I've done it a couple of times since I had A, but i'm more just using it in my rotation of workouts.
  • I used to do it when we had exercise TV on demand. In the last few weeks I bought her "Extreme shred and shed" and "Ripped in 30" I actually like them much better!

    Good job to you for the consecutive workouts! yay!
