Trouble going #2? Baby, not me. Maybe TMI?

Anyone else's LO have trouble pooping after 4 month shots?  DD was constipated for a few days after 2 month shots, and now after 4 months as well.  She got them Monday morning and didn't poop again until this morning.  It was really dark, with a pretty large lump in it.  I called the dr last time and they said it was normal and if it didn't clear up in a week to contact them again.  Anyone else have a stopped up LO?
