What's with this Prgenancy Fever?

So yesturday i woke up feeling like crap and had to call out of work.  Only so that i could be miserable all day and find out I had a fever of 100.3.  I was sneezing and coughing so much i thought I'd throw up! ( but I didnt ) I guess there isnt much we can do about not feeling well in the first trimester. 

The only thing that scares me is this morning I woke up not feeling much better, with a voice mail from my Boss saying now she was out sick with the same fever!

I have a Dr. appointment today at 12pm so hopefuuly they  give me good news.  I work with mothers and babies and I'd hate to get anyone sick, let alone have a fever affect my LO!  9 weeks today....wish me luck

    Good luck!  I am in the same boat.  It's crazy too because I seriously haven't had a fever since 2006 and now that I'm pregnant, this is my second fever this week!
