HLG girls-walking videos

MIL gave me a Leslie Sansone video to try and I did the mile walk tonight.  I always thought these videos were useless but I felt like I got a pretty good workout in 20 minutes.    It's great for someone like me who is so out of shape and needs to ease in to it.  I hope to do this every night and eventually alternate it with the 30 Day Shred and work up to walking/jogging a 5k using the C25K program.  Day 1 down, 378328 to go!  Those weddings coming up are great motivation!
