And in terms of a schedule, we didn't really start having a schedule until they were about 4/5 months old - so it is early for that too. The best thing to do is one up both up. You just have to plow through - good luck - it is tough, but it gets easier!

We did babywise from about 1 month on, the girls started STTN at 3 mo, but it didn't last long. At 7 months I purchased the sleep program called The Sleep Sense by Dana Obelman, and I SWEAR by it. It has done WONDERS for us! GL
