  • Would definitely recommend Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Twins: https://www.amazon.com/Healthy-Sleep-Habits-Happy-Twins/dp/0345497791

He gives great advice at different stages to help facilitate good sleep habits.  But he says over and over that you can not institute any of these tactics until they are 6 weeks past their due date.  And in terms of a schedule, we didn't really start having a schedule until they were about 4/5 months old - so it is early for that too.  The best thing to do is one up both up.  You just have to plow through - good luck - it is tough, but it gets easier!

  • We did babywise from about 1 month on, the girls started STTN at 3 mo, but it didn't last long. At 7 months I purchased the sleep program called The Sleep Sense by Dana Obelman, and I SWEAR by it. It has done WONDERS for us! GL
