Weird bump after 4 month shots?

DD had her 4 month shots on Wed. On Fri night, I noticed she had a hard bump in her upper thigh while giving her a massage before bed. It feels like it is the size of a large marble.

I have been checking it every day and it is not getting better. It is where they gave her the two shots, so DH thinks it could be related to that. It just feels weird and it is noticeable when you look at her legs. The left leg definitely has a slight bulge to it.

Did anybody else have this? I am calling the pedi in a little bit, but wanted to see if anybody had experienced something similar with their LO.

My office warned us we may notice a bump at the injection site after his 2 month shots. She said you can massage the spot and it should go down, but it can take a while. We didn't notice anything after his 2 month, but after hearing everyone's 4 month stories, I'm a little worried!
