I just finished the hunger games and loved it. Can't wait to get my hands on Catching Fire. What are you reading, what do you think of it and would you recommend it??
Sept 2013 started TTC#2 (never got PP period so hoping for the first egg to drop)
Jan 2014 - diagnosed POF (Premature Ovarian Failure) and told pregnancy not possible without egg donor because my ovaries would never function again with my hormone levels (FSH 136, LH 98.6, AMH <.03, estradiol 0, HCG 7) - using acupuncture, chiropractic care and TCM herbs / supplements
March 11, 2014 ovulated despite every doctors prognosis!!!
Oct 2014 hormones (FSH 48, Estradiol 89, HCG 1) not good, but heckuva lot better!
Nov. 16, 2015 FET of single adopted 5AA embryo - BFN

I just finished re-reading Catching Fire and I'm about to start Mockingjay. I had just finished A Storm of Swords before deciding to re-read Hunger Games for the movie so once I finish I'll start A Feast for Crows and hope it's not as boring as everyone says it is.
I am reading Picture Perfect by Jodi Picoult. DH bought me all her books because I absolutely loved My Sister's Keeper, but I am not feeling it so it is taking me awhile to read it.
I just finished "How to Behave so Your Preschooler Will Too" , actually got some good tips in there! And now I'm reading The Rescue by Nicholas Sparks. I'm trying to read 24 books in 2012

I'm reading Mockingjay (the 3rd book in the Hunger Games series) and I'm not sure what I think yet. The two later books are definitely different from the first book.
At the moment I'm reading "Adventures in Tandem Nursing" (helpful to see what it could be like if I get KU while still BFing my son) and "Mastering the Nikon D7000."
I don't read much fiction but I'm intrigued by "The Hunger Games", so maybe I'll check that out. I'm also intrigued by "We Need To Talk About Kevin" even though I think I'll be highly upset by the subject matter
I just finished The Promise by Donna Boyd. It is the second book in a series about werewolves, think Anne Rice with wolves. I am looking forward to the next book.
If you are into series, I really enjoyed the Fever Series by Karen Marie Moning. The series takes place in modern day Dublin and centers around faeries and witches.

I recently finished the first Hunger Games book. I'm avoiding the other two so I can have a little bit of productivity in my life for a bit (obviously. since I'm hanging out on an internet chat board ).
I've read The Help and loved it. I also like a lot of the Jodi Piccoult books (Nineteen MInutes is a great one). Something Borrowed and Love the One You're With are fun reads. I'm so intrigued by everyone else's reading lists! I love books.
I've also recently read Winter Garden by Kristen Hannah and really liked it.

I completely agree!! I definitely think the first was by far the best, but stick with the last one. It really ties things together, although it lacks the creativity of the first book.
I'm currently reading A Dog's Purpose which is a story from a dog's perspective. Its not what I expected, but I surprisingly can't put it down!

Good! You'll love Catching Fire, too. Mockingjay moved a little slow, but also good. Are you reading them before the movie comes out?
I'm reading Heart of the Matter by Emily GIffin. I love her novels~

Love Picoult! I haven't read Picture Perfect, but Plain Truth has been my favorite of hers so far. I also enjoyed Vanishing Acts and Keeping Faith.

I absolutely loved The Hunger Games. I have now started reading the Pretty Little Liars series. Lame, I lknow! It was in our library at school and I started reading it and now I have to know what happens. I have never watched the series on television, so it's all still new to me.

I haven't had much time to read with 2 boys. Most of the reading I do is here on the bump actually lol My laptop sits on the kitchen table so every so often I take a 2 minute break to read some of the posts and reply.

I'm reading two books right now... the Associate by John Grisham, and also re-reading On a Pale Horse by Piers Anthony. I read the latter more than 15 years ago, still really great!

Plain Truth is my all time favorite. I also love The Pact.
I am currently listening to House Rules in the car. I am really enjoying it. The one character has aspberger's, which I find interesting. I think JP does a good job with her characters!
I am reading The Summer Garden by Paullina Simons. It is the last book in her trilogy. The first two were The Bronze Horseman (amazing!) and Tatiana and Alexander (so good!). They are historical fiction set during WWII in Russia. I highly recommend them!
I've been into non-fiction lately. I just finished Our Babies, Our Selves: How Biology and Culture Shape the Way We Parent by Meredith Smalls. It was fantastic. I highly recommend it.
Now, I'm reading The Working Poor: Invisible in America by David K. Shipler. It won a Pulitzer Prize. It is amazing and I'm loving every bit of it; it is definitely a must read.
I'm also listening to Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince on audio book. The narrator is great and I'm beginning to see what all the hype is about. :-)
I am currently reading A Game of Thrones and enjoying it so far. I have not seen the TV show, but probably will once it comes out on Netflix.
I'm currently on A Storm of Swords and I definitely recommend the show. DH and I watch it and it is really close to the books. The dvds come out in March so hopefully it will be on Netflix shortly after. I can't wait to rewatch it all!
I just finished The Book Thief and really enjoyed it. Now I'm reading The Hobbit. I'm so excited about the movie coming out. I just wish I didn't have to wait until December!
I loved the Hunter Games books. I read all of them twice!
"Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength."
World War Z...it's SO SO SO good! But now I'm afraid of zombies
I'm reading the Strain series by Guillermo del Toro and another author who I'm blanking on. The vampires in this are not the Twilight type and it definitely gave me nightmares.
I am reading Get Ready To Get Pregnant. Definitely some solid info in the book, however the undertones of "Its the mothers fault if the baby ends up preterm or with health issues if the mother ate unhealthy foods,or was stressed during pregnancy", is definitely a bit much.
I just started Crime and Punishment. The main character in the book I was reading pregnant, and I couldn't handle it, so I went in the opposite direction.
I just finished The Book Thief and really enjoyed it. Now I'm reading The Hobbit. I'm so excited about the movie coming out. I just wish I didn't have to wait until December!
I loved the Hunter Games books. I read all of them twice!
I read this last year with my 8th graders and it was wonderful--much better than I was expecting. I highly recommend it.

I'm reading the Dovekeepers by Alice Hoffman. It's really good - a fictional novel based on a historical event in Israel.
Loved the Hunger games series, and World War Z.

Phew, 'The Best of Me' was VERY sad!
I am reading 'The Girl with the Dragon tattoo' series. Still on the first book, but halfway through and it's finally picking up.
I'm currently reading TCOYF haha. Yes, I would recommend it.
I'm also reading the Vampire Diaries series, and I would recommend that as well (if you're into that sort of thing).
I plan to read The Help and The Hunger Games next.
I'm reading the Strain series by Guillermo del Toro and another author who I'm blanking on. The vampires in this are not the Twilight type and it definitely gave me nightmares.
