Digital or line test...which do you prefer?

The digitals are so black and white...you are either pregnant or not.

I like the line test because there is the whole excitement of "Is that a line?!" and holding it 20 different ways in various lightning to try and get it to look like 2 lines lol

...still awaiting a BFP or AF to show up. I'm on CD34. I want an answer!

Line tests from Dollar tree. It takes less HCG to make a positive on those. AND... they're a dollar! If you're like me (testing all.the.time) it's the best way to go.

I prefer the line test. I hate seeing the words "Not Pregnant".

I would have to say line test as well...because they are more sensitive. Although, it's always nice to see "Pregnant" pop up

I agree, I never really thought I would like the line ones, but they seem to be the more sensitive ones.

Neither. I jsut wait for my period to show.

At this point in my TTC game, my testing would be done via blood test anyway. Then I'll pee on a stick I guess Stick out tongue

I prefer the digitals but I never use them unless I see another line. Line test are way more sensitive and i like the excitement of waiting on the line.

Line. I also prefer testing strips to a test with plastic everywhere. I don't know why.

Line....digis are too expensive. Though it is fun to see the "pregnant", I can't even imagine testing even remotely often with them.

This! By the time I got pregnant with my DD I didn't even bother with an HPT. I went for my IVF beta and had the doctor call my DH who in turn told me I was pregnant. Even after I found out I was pregnant I didn't take an HPT.

With DS, I took a digital test (after twisting my own arm) becuase I seriously was so tired I thought something was wrong with me. DH was out west skiing with his brothers and I went to the drug store and they were on sale. It was the ONLY time I have ever taken a digital and it was when I found out I was pregnant (very unexpectedly) with him.

So I guess, for me, I err on the "I don't test until I am super late and have lots of symptoms" side and digitals will be accurate for me. So I guess I prefer digital? Either way, if we decide to TTC #3, I will not keep anything in the house. If I am late and feeling pregnant I will buy a digital. Then go for bloodwork like I did both times.

I prefer the line ones. However, once I do get a positive on a line test, I'm sure I'll test with a digi just to see the word "pregnant" haha.

I do feel the need to clarify that I like pink dye line tests. I never buy the blue dye tests after having a bad experience with them back when I wasn't TTC.
