Damie for a girl

I have never heard of this before, but my friend asked me my opinion. Damie Camille was the full name. I told her I probably needed a couple days to get used to it, haha. What are your opinions?

    I have a friend named Dame....pronounced Dahm-ay.  but I've never heard of Damie... how is it pronounced?

    I don't like Damie for a girls name it's sounds to close to Damien or as if someone meant to say Jamie but put a D there instead - Just NMS

    It's pretty bad. I've never heard Damie before. It's just not pretty and Camille doesn't help it.

    I don't like this one, sorry.
    Miscarriage in January 2012 at 8 weeks
    Subsequently diagnosed with low P4, LOR. MH DX low motility, varicocele 
    BFP in July 2012 (Gonal-f + trigger + IUI#2 (B2B) + prometrium)
    Lost Baby A prior to 7 weeks; large SCH; Baby B (Bug) was born in March 2013

    It is weird. Sounds like NN for Damien as pp said. Also for a girl, it's like Dame - which is just strange.

    I think it's awful. Totally made up, not feminine, and sounds like a diminutive of dame.

    I like Damien, I was toying with that name for a girl before I knew I was having a boy. But i do really like Damie too! Agree with PP though, doesn't sound nice with the MN.
