RE suggesting Naturally Smart

When talking to my RE's nurse, I asked about a preferred prenatal vitamin or an Rx vitamin.  She told me they recommend taking Naturally Smart, which is a supplement with the required folic acid as well as other vitamins that help before, during and after conception.  She left me with the impression that prenatals are ineffective before conception.

Anybody else's RE recommend naturally smart?  Anyone take them/heard of it?
