See, I like Cecilia a lot and have just started to really like Cici as well. I bet, if you used it, you'd call her Cici a ton - our Vivian is called Vivi 99% of the time. My holdback on Cecilia- my dad is one of those who gets a song in his head and tortures us all with it for months on end .... so I'm picturing a whole lot of "oh Cecillllllia, you're breaking my heart......" forever and ever if we were to go that route.
