Pedi said that DD has a flat spot on the side of her head. It's not too bad, but I'm trying to "even" it out by putting interesting toys on the other side when she's on her back, increasing the length of tummy time, and rolling up a burp cloth and putting it on the right side so she can't turn/slouch her head when she's hanging out in her bouncy seat. She's now half-asleep in her bouncy seat, pushing the cloth to the side with her forehead.
Any other suggestions? I really want to avoid the helmet!
Re: flat spot on DC's head?
It's called the Noggin Nest. I found it really helpful when I started using the jumparoo and walker at around 4 months just to prop her up as well because you can put it behind your baby to help prop them up!
