Re: breech?
At 20 weeks your baby will flip back and forth on a regular basis. I wouldn't worry about it or take measures until around 32.
I had a breech baby until 36 weeks when I got a version (after weeks of acupuncture, spinning babies, and seeing a chiropractor). She flipped and is still heads down now.
Please don't worry about it right now. Most babies will go to heads down on their own before 34 weeks.
You still have LOTS of time! My LO has just started moving head down and I'm 25 weeks, but really, up until 36 weeks you still have room.
Even if you're breech, your LO could flip when you start your labour.
If you're worried, google 'spinning babies', but I think that's only if you're still breech past 36 weeks.
There's also accupuncture that works really well that you could look into.

This. I think it's generally not a big deal what position baby is in until 34 weeks. You and LO have LOTS of time
36 weeks is a little late to start measures. I would start spinning babies between 32-24 weeks since they will have more room to flip at that point and add in other methods as you see fit.
Good to know
