i know you cant have microfiber against theier skin but what kind material can be? i am sewing some dipes on my own and i want to make inserts that i dont have to sew in and can just lay on the diaper. make sense?(hope so) what kind of material or fabric can i use?

Anything but microfiber is okay. Microfleece or suedecloth is usually used as a "stay dry" layer on pockets or some inserts, with something absorbent underneath (MF, cotton, bamboo, hemp).
Natural fibers can all go on the skin, but they stay wet. Some babies care, some don't.
