For those who used scentsy?

Ok, we are buying a scentsy for the house. I really love the cupcake one but it is a mid size warmer. Will the mid size one make my whole down stairs smell nice? My downstairs in our new place is very open and small so I think the smell should travel nicely if I put it on the bar of the kitchen (which is the middle point of the open kitchen and living room. Or will a bigger warmer really make the difference in making the smell stronger?

Has anyone tried the smaller plug in wall ones? How do those work?

And last question...has anyone tried the room spray? I was thinking about buying it to make the upstairs smell nice. I don't want to buy two warmers until I'm sure I love them, but I really want our bedroom to have a nice smell. Can you use them on your sheets maybe?

Re: For those who used scentsy?

  • I have a mid size and it makes our first floor smell which is around 400 sq ft or so.  I have a wall one in each of our bathrooms.  We leave the bathroom door upstairs open in the hall and I can smell it in our bedroom sometimes depending on the scent.

  • The strongness of the scent really depends on how much wax you put in.  I only put in one piece in my warmers and it normally makes the whole upper layer smell yummy.
  • You should be fine with the mid-size warmer.  Our wall unit doesn't seem as potent, but we use less wax.

  • I sell Scentsy. A mid-size should be fine. It depends on the scent as well as the air flow in your house. I use the same amount of wax in my mid as I do in my full size.

I love the plug ins! I have them in both of my bathrooms. If I leave the doors open it smells up our attached bed room and hallway. You do have to use less wax in a plug in.

I love the room spays. They are great for a quick refresher scent. They do have oils in them so they can't be sprayed directly onto things. They are super strong. I made the mistake of spraying three squirts in my entry way the first day I bought them. My entry way was over powered!
