I know everyone is over these..

BUT

I have a carseat question. Well I guess I just need clarification..

So the rearfacing weight limit is 35lbs on my DD2's carseat. The weight limit on the carseat in general is 50lbs. So I have to turn LO forward facing when she gets to 35lbs right? ugh. I feel like a dummy.

    That's what I would assume too!  Then at 50 lbs it's time for a new one, or probably a booster seat by then.

    I guess with all the suggestions to keep LO rear facing until 2 I was confused.

    They do suggest you rear face until two years. You can get rear facing seats that have higher weight limits. I think ours goes to 45-50 lbs rear facing. I'll be lucky if DS is 45 lbs when he goes to kindergarten, but we turned him at two anyway.
