For my son we have one atm to do with his library issues. his teacher just hand drew it on a little piece of paper. Funny that she did it in probably 60 seconds and I'd have obsessed over it on the computer for an hour (wonder why C is a disaster??). Anyway the simplicity of hers made no difference and he got his reward last night.

You could do a quick google image search, or any teacher store around you should have them for you to buy right away. They're usually bigger and "flashier" that way.

I found one at Target a few years ago, but honestly, I usually just turn it around to use the dry erase side. I make a quick grid, write down a goal and print a picture of the reward.
