I have been running out of steam. Coffee is not cutting. Especially when it wears off. So what keeps you going? I know some people use diet pills, something from GNC, or maybe an energy drink. Please, what has worked the best for you? I won't judge.
But I do need something to keep me going. Taking a nap everyday is getting old. I am getting nothing done.

ice water, fresh air, snacks or good music. I do drink 2 cups of coffee a day, but unless I hit a Starbucks my afternoon coffee is usually decaf.
Can you get more sleep at night? (dumb question, right?)
