Pumped milk while having a cold..

I have had a cold for the past few days and am BF'ing and pumping as I normally do. Can I freeze this milk? I know it has antibodies but do it need to be given to baby now or dump it?

    All of your milk has antibodies.  You can freeze this just like you would any of your other stash.  You could also give this to your LO now so he doesn't get your cold.

    I would not consider dumping it. Unless you are taking a harsh medication or have a serious illness, it should be fine to feed now or save in the freezer.
