NBR:medical rehab facilities in Austin

My grandfather had quintuple bypass last week and now needs to go into a rehab facility for a few weeks. Any recs or places to avoid? My family lives in de l v a lle but would be willing to place him wherever he will get the best care. His primary admission will be for cardiac rehab but he also needs extensive diabetes education.

My grandmother was at West Oaks Rehabilitation Center on Slaughter after she had back surgery. It's a nice place and I found, for the most part, the staff to be very competent and friendly.

My mom is a nurse at a very reputable nursing home in NW Austin. I just emailed her to see if they offer short-term/rehab, and also asked for other recs if she has them.
