I am a complete mental case!!!

I'm in the middle of the 2ww and can't concentrate on anything! We transferred 2 beautiful embryos last week and I just can't help but wonder if they are still in there. This morning I got period like cramps "down there", kind of like that heavy feeling I get before af arrives. This is driving me nuts! 

How do you ladies handle this torture!!! 

TTC #1 since 4/10
1/11 SA analysis normal/HSG all clear - Unexplained IF
Cycle #13 first round of Clomid + IUI (150mg) = BFN
Cycle #14 - unmedicated = BFN
Cycle #15 - 100mg Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN
Cycle #16 - 100mg Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN
Cycle #17 - Gonal-F + Trigger + IUI = BFN
Cycle # 18 = break before IVF
November IVF = BFN December/January IVF = currently in 2WW
Gave birth to boy/girl twins in September 2012!!!

    I hate the 2WW.  I just try to not analyze every little cramp and twinge but I am not very good at it.  I hope this week flys by for you!

    US 6w3d shows one baby w/ HB 115
    US 7w1d no more heartbeat/ D&C 11/30/12 normal karyotype
    IVF#3 Mar 2013
    6R/4M/4F 1 compacting and 2-8 cell transfer
    ectopic pg MTX given 3 month break from TTC

    IVF#4 Sept 2013--BFN

    I'm in the 2ww too (beta Friday).  It's torture!  I've been having AF cramps too so I'm fearing she's on the way. I've been trying to take walks and do light yoga and stretching to relieve some stress. Also trying to stay busy at work to keep my mind occupied.  GL!
    Aug 11 - Nov11: IUI #1,2,3 & 4 BFN
    Jan 12: IVF #1 - BFP!

    i hear you hope! i am 11dpiui today and POAS (early, i know!) and got a BFN. it's totally killing me that my beta isn't until next thursday!!!! i am having such a hard time concentrating on work or anything else too. best wishes, i hope you get your bfp this cycle!
