I go back next Monday. I currently nurse LO every 3 hours and pump once or twice to freeze. next week I will nurse at 6:15am, pump at work 10:15, 12:30, 2:45. Should I stop nursing during the day this week and bottle feed BM to LO so my body can adjust or just wait till next Monday? I dont want my supply to be affected but I want LO to get use to the bottle during the day rather than the breast. He takes a bottle fine but maybe once a week.

Re: Going back to work....stop nursing?
There is no need to do that! You can nurse on a schedule or on demand with baby on your days off and still pump/bottle feed on schedule on daycare days. Nursing will actually help your supply too - which might take a hit when you start pumpng. We did it for 13 months and then I quit pumping and switched to cow's milk at daycare/ bf at home. It works out just fine!
I'd say as long as LO has had bottles before and is fine with them just keep doing what you're doing. Maybe add a single bottle each day or every other day.
With my DD I just kept doing the same thing and had DH give her a bottle maybe every other day. But after a few rough tries she did well with the bottle. I try to get all the actual nursing time with her I can, which isn't much with work!
