I want to make some pizza puffs and recipe calls for whole milk. I have skim and I have heavy cream. Could I do half of each of those?
I normally would just use the skim, but I'm worried they won't puff as much.

They turned out pretty good. Next time I'll add some italian seasoning to them, and I think I'm going to do pineapple, ham, and bacon instead of sausage and pepperoni to change them up.
