I made a resolution to finally get rid of the last 10 lbs of baby weight I had hanging on and start exercising and I've been able to shed all 10 lbs this month!
Great job Amy!!! How is Liam feeling today? I saw on a post yesterday that he had thrown up. I know I know, I spend way too much time on TB!
Ha! Thanks for asking. He apparently had a 24 hour stomach bug. He hasn't thrown up again today and he's acting more like himself so I think we are in the clear as long as DH and I don't get it.
I feel your pain! DD had one 2 weeks ago and I'm so glad that she got it when she did because her big birthday party is this afternoon. She's turning 2 tomorrow! Glad he's feeling better!
I've been doing really great watching what I eat and tracking it on myfitnesspal, I've also been doing great with exercising more. I'm doing 30DS M-F mornings and 6w6p in the evenings; running once on weekends. I'm back to pre-baby weight and measurements.
My other was cooking more rather than defrosting something or boiling pasta. I was doing okay until we all got norovirus. DD has JUST started eating again, so we'll try to resume this resolution this week.
#1 was to eat healthier. No diet or anything, just eat healthier overall. I've been making recipes from Cooking Light, snacking less and eating more fruits and veggies. I lost 2 lbs in a week without too much effort. YAY!
#2 I joined 365 project (take a picture a day) and I'm doing ok. I'm trying to work on my photography skills and it's been hard to find time/inspiration every day. Some days I forget to take a pic so I upload an old one. Not a big deal, but I'm a little sad I already "messed up" and January isn't even over.

Great on one, fair to poor on the other.

I'm doing ok with both
