We are going to Jamaica in 2 weeks and I bought DD a cheap pair of Nike sandals on eBay. They were $5.
The listing said they were in GOOD USED CONDITION. I got them yesterday and they are rather dirty...not at all what I'd called "good". I'd call them fair or even poor. I wrote the seller a message telling her I was disappointed in the condition. She wrote back that she was sorry and she asked me what I'd like her to do. I'm not sure what I should ask for. I feel like it's silly to ask for part of the money back--they were so cheap. What else can I really ask for?
Re: ebay--wwyd?
Can u clean them up?
For $5 its probably going to be more of a hassle for you to do anything else!
Good Luck...
I think thats good advice. I'd throw them in the wash, or use a magic eraser or something to try to get them in better shape. It does stink, but I guess thats the risk we take using ebay.
