Ugh, I'm dying over here!

Would anyone like to rent my baby for a few hours?! Diapers included!

Ugh, I'm so utterly exhausted. She hasn't napped at ALL today. Not once. She is so tired and so am I. I barely slept last night- I was up late (my own fault), she woke up at 4am, and I've been awake ever since because DH was able to Skype and we rarely have a good enough connection so I stayed up to talk to him. And since she hasn't napped, neither have I. Usually she is an awesome napper but I just don't know what is going on with her! Maybe teething? She doesn't want to eat so I know she's not hungry. I'm just so exhausted....I can't wait until bed time (and here's to hoping that she goes to bed easily which isn't likely given that she hasn't napped all day. 

BTW, I'm totally kidding about renting my child. Please no flames, its just a joke!

    Sorry, I hate days like that but look at it this way-- she has to sleep eventually. Take a deep breath and try to relax, she will feed off of your energy. Make sure you sleep as soon as she does!

    If you have trouble getting her to sleep tonight because she is overtired, I used to sit on an exercise ball and hold my son and bounce up and down with his pacifier in his mouth. It typically worked for us. Glad to hear you got to talk to your husband and I hope bedtime comes soon for you!!!

    Yes, I 'll rent your baby if you rent my dog.  She ate part of a feather boa and has been barfing up pink feathers.

    It must be the day of crappy napping! My ds hasn't napped longer then 15 min all day and is sooo over tired! Crabby, crabby baby! I hope you get some rest soon!

    My LO didn't nap today either! Wonder why some many of the Oct babies decided not to nap on the same day? She is currently sleeping on me,every time I try to put her in the crib she wakes up. Hope your LO goes to sleep soon!

    Lily, too!  I'm so sorry you're having such a rough day, OP.  Hopefully your LO is an angel for you tomorrow to make up for it!

    I've been there....and I bet she will be an angel tomorrow and you'll forget all about it. BTW, where did you find that ADORABLE deployment doll? DH will be leaving soon and that would be such a cute way for DS to see him everyday.

    Yes please! I would have much rather cleaned up pink puke...maybe I could have napped at least once then...

    Thanks for all your support ladies. Its nice to know I have you guys to vent to when I need it. You all have been awesome in listening to my rants. I really appreciate the support. Honestly, I can't tell you how much it means to me.

    FWIW, I sent this picture to DH and told him it was his next care package...

    Hi! I'm guessing Army? MH is originally from Seattle. Anyways, just go to daddydolls.com. You can upload a full size pic of YH (they take out the background), and you choose the fabric for the back and you can add text and a voice recorder if you like. I also made E a "Daddy Book" on shuttterfly.com with different pictures of her daddy that we look at each day. Its the smallest size so its portable. I think the Daddy Doll and Daddy Book are working because when she saw him on Skype the other day she smiled! And she hadn't seen him in about a week!
