A question about your knockers.

Here I am, chuggin along at 5 weeks 3 days, and no swollen/tender breasts, veins, enlarged nipples, etc. Is that normal. Most of the posts I see here are about how much bigger and sore they already are. I'm on the small/medium size where my chesticles are concerned, so I figured it would be really noticeable. OH- and still in the hospital, but my sugars are looking better than yesterday so I'm just waiting to hear if I get sprung today!

My boobs are [disappointedly] still exactly the same as they were before I got pregnant lol. This is my 3rd successful [so far] pregnancy and i've never really had sore breasts and they never get bigger until after birth, when my milk comes in. I wouldn't worry! Different symptoms for different people.

I think that everyone is different. I've always had big boobs and now their bigger, and sore. But, my nausea hasn't been that bad. Some people don't even know their pregnant until they miss two periods!

I've got small boobs, and they've never grown or changed much during pregnancy (despite my 50 lb weight gain with each baby). I could wear my pre-pregnancy bras throughout my pregnancies. Hmph. The only time I got huge knockers was when my milk came in, but I didn't BF, so they were gone in a week when the milk dried up.

Mine haven't really increased in size, and they didn't start getting crazy sore until the end of my 6th week.

This exactly for me too. So I had huge boobs for a total of like 2 days maybe (from the time my milk came in until the time it dried up) and they hurt like hell, so I didn't even get to enjoy them, lol.

Right?! Poor DH walked in on me in the shower and was like "OMG PORN BOOBS" and I about ripped his face off for even looking. They may have looked fun, but they hurt like hell. And shot milk if I so much as brushed against one.

Don't worry. Everyone's different. I have fairly large BBs and I haven't noticed much sensitivity. I just barely started noticing sensitivity in my nipples.

I'm 5w4d and mine aren't any bigger, either. They are getting progressively more sore, mostly my nips. My last pregnancy they did swell a little bit (um, hello--it was really only the left! Not cool), but I can't remember when. I'm thinking it was around this point that it started.

I haven't had larger boobs or tender boobs with either pregnancy. Last time, I did need a larger bra in 3rd tri but I think it was because I gained so much weight

I'm 5w5d, and mine have been sore since right before my BFP, but other than that and exhaustion, I haven't had any consistent nausea or anything.

I wouldn't worry too much about why yours aren't sore or enlarged. It varies so much from person to person.

I'm sorry you're in the hospital, though! I hope your sugars continue to get better and you get to go home soon!

I've had sore/tender bewbs for the past few weeks, some days are worse than others, and usually more so in the evenings or right when I wake up. I'm normally somewhere between a B and C cup and this past week I've found my regular bras fitting very snugly. DH says he can notice a difference in size, but aside from them feeling a little more solid to me I don't really "see" a huge difference yet.

Mine stayed the same size until last week. Then they grew about a cup size. I started out a C, a D is still a little roomy, but not much. They hurt like hell, though...

Mine haven't changed at all yet. In fact, if not for positive bloodwork (and pee stick) and a very late period, I would not think I was pregnant! It's a little disorienting since the whole pregnancy was a total surprise for us!

I did recently have a dream though about my breasts getting bigger! (I have tiny boobs, so I'm hoping pregnancy will be fun for me that way!)

I'm in the same boat. They are a little tender when I first wake up, and when I take off my bra at the end of the day. They don't feel bigger though, even though the tightness of my bra would suggest otherwise. I get blue lines every now and then, but right now the only consistent symptoms I've had is nausea.

Mine are slightly bigger (noticeable because they aren't big to begin with) but not sore yet.

I'm really just replying because I think "chesticles" is funny. DH and I jokingly say that a lot.

My breasts/nipples never changed throughout any of my pregnancies, or even after birth.

I was able to fit into my pre-pg bras all throughout pg and after delivery.

This time around, I am experiencing nipple soreness, but I attribute that to DD wanting to nurse 15 times a day.

Mine are pretty much the same. In the beginning they were sore and swollen, and then around 6w they stopped being sore, and came back to their normal, itty, bitty size. Darn!
