Probably not much help, but I didn't have bloody show until I was well into labour, besides the blood that was in my water when it broke. I think it's different for everyone.
Even if you don't go into labor before your induction, I've heard it definitely means that you are thinning/dilating so you've at least got a good head start before going in. Good luck today!
I didn't know I had bloody show until about 5 days before I went into labor, and that was only because I had my last prenatal appointment with my OB/GYN when he examined my cervix and showed me the blood on his fingers. He scheduled me for an induction on my due date five days later but it turns out that wasn't even necessary since I went into labor on my actual due date. Lol. Too bad I was in labor for 31 freaking hours and didn't give birth until the next morning. Wince.
