I just boiled four new Dr. Brown nipples and they turned a yellowish color - clear, but yellow. Is this normal? Should I throw them out? This has never happened to me before. Anyone else?
I know when I bought new bottles and boiled them, the little handbook said there might be discoloration (there wasn't for me) but that it wasn't something that would affect the bottles quality. So I'm sure they are fine.
Clear plastics tend to yellow with time. Heat speeds up this process.
