infant seat cover thingy?

what's the name of the car seat cover thing that just fits around the top with the hole for the baby's head? I definitely don't want the Bundle Me one that goes in the seat...I can picture it, but can't think of what it's called and my googling skills are failing me.

    I think the more popular brand is the JJCole.  This one is different from the Bundle Me because it doesn't go under the baby...

    okay, chia! ;-) I swear when I googled that all I got were car seat covers that went under the baby or seat covers for actual seats in a car. (::blushes::)
