I used to sneak out all the time. I would have guy friends of mine (b/c they were the only ones who had cars) pick me up down the street, and I'd hang out all night at someone's house b/c I hated my midnight curfew. I remember sitting at the end of my street at 1 in the morning waiting for my ride a few times. I shudder to think what could've happened to me.

well i just dont want DS to get caught up in a wack job for a girlfriend/wife. DH was married once before, and she's NUTS.

Oh and get a half sleeve tattoo. I have one, and people are so dumb and judgemental when you have one...or maybe its cause im a girl.

And the most important...grow up thinking he's anything less than amazing to DH and I. Both DH and I had bad bad situations with our parents. We want DS to have the confidence that we think the world of him, and nothing he can ever ever do will change it.

There's so much, drugs (not just the smoking kind), I want him to respect himself more than I did (although that'll probably apply more if we have a DD someday)...

I want him to be smart and not be scared of being smart and to know that he's just as good as anyone else.  I grew up w/ a sever inferiority complex b/c we didn't have tons of $ and I thought everyone else did.
