  Thanks, everyone! Photos soon.

  Kershnic, the hope is that she'll still be with us... In fact, there have been rumblings about her renting our condo. We'll see how it shakes out - our main reservation is we don't want her to move from where she is now (it's too small for her family, but it's a great location and, because they've been there for a long time, REALLY affordable for our area) when we don't know what our situation will be in a year. Will we really keep the house AND the condo? Will we decide, in a year, that we don't want to be landlords (landLADIES! ) and end up inadvertently screwing her because she'll end up without an affordable place to live if we have to sell?
