tripped and hit the ground hard

I'm 9w1d and my daughter accidently tripped me today...I hit the ground hard, right on my side. I started feeling cramps shortly after. I have a subchorionic hematoma that is keeping me on strict pelvic rest, due to its size and position...I'm sure this fall won't help things any.

UGH!

    Ouch!  Hope your cramping subsides and you don't have any further issues!  Take it easy, rest, and hydrate of course <3

    I had an OB appointment this morning and they suggested I call if I fell regardless of how hard the fall was or where I landed. My doctor considers it an "OB emergency", Just and FYI.

    Thanks ladies - my OB said to monitor my cramps and call again for an appt if I see any spotting/bleeding. She said baby is well insulated, but she is concerned about the hematoma. Fingers crossed that I don't see any pink/red!
