EP: how many oz do you pump a day?

I just can't seems to pump 8-12 times a day. A good day I'll pump 7 times but will seem to have the same oz as days I pump 4-5 times. I'm going to make a better effort as I think it will help my supply. But I'm wondering how many oz you ladies are pumping a day? I'd love to just a stash going on but right now I'm not even meeting DS needs and have to supplement. I don't want to give up so I'll give him what I've got. I set a goal to pump til at least 6w - small goal but it looks like a mountain to me right now.

    I pump about 28 oz in a 24 hour period pumping every 3 hours.

    I get about 30 ounces a day, pumping every 2-3 hours.

    I will have to go back and look at my log book and see what I was pumping around the age your LO is. If you miss a pump every once in a while, its not a huge deal, don't get stressed about it. I at first did the 2-3 hours and would usually get 4oz each session. Around 2.5 months I started increasing the time between my pumps and at about 3 months I started backing off to pumping every 5-6 hours. When I did that I actually increased my supply and was making 40 oz a day, and DS was keeping up with me. Now I maintain the 5-6 hours unless I'm at work I do 3 hours. I make 35-40 oz a day now. I have lost a little supply due to diet and exercise. But really if you are EPing, doing the 2-3 hours when you can right now is so worth it, it will definitely set you up for success later. I am fairly confident I will be making it to a year EPing because I took a lot of advice from this board early on. There is also a EPing board on cafe mom with a lot of great helpful information.

    I pump 2x per day, and I get between 20-25 oz. I have a ton stored from when I was pumping four times per day. If I don't nurse before naps, I can pump 12 oz in the morning and 12 in the evening.

    I have a bit of an over supply. I'm pumping 45-50 ounces a day. I recently dropped from 5 x's to 4x's a day. I nursed the first 3 weeks, then switched to EPing b/c LO had a tongue tie and I was in constant pain. I just never went back. I started out pumping 6x's a day. I recommend pumping as frequently as you can the first 6-8 weeks to establish your supply. Also realize that at some point your LO will start to eat more.

    I usually get between 30-38 oz./day.  I started off pumping every 2 hours, now have backed off to every 3-4 hours during the day and every 5 hours at night.  So far it hasn't affected my supply but I am just 6 weeks in so I was nervous that spreading the pumping out might diminish my supply.  I am hoping that as the weeks go on I can start spreading them out even more.

    I tend to get 48-54 ozs in a day.  I pump every 3-4 hours during the day and at night 5-6 hours.

    I am 8w post partum. I pump 7x/day and make 30 oz. would love to drop my overnight session but its my biggest one so I'm scared. With my first kid I averaged 12-15 oz per day and supplemented daily but pumped for 9 months and my son was sick only once in his first year. good luck!

    low supply signing in, i get a whopping 15oz a day. DS is eating 21-25 at the moment.

    I only just started pumping so I can get out of the house without LO.  I only seem to get 3 oz at a time!  am I doing something wrong?

    Somewhere between 30-36oz.  DD is a hearty eater and usually eats right around 30oz in a day so I barely have a freezer stash.  I pump 6-8 times a day depending on how often I can get to it.

    I get about 20 oz per day and pump 4-5x a day (never overnight). We supplement at night as well.

    how old is your LO and how many times are you pumping? are you BFing those other times?

    pump 3x a day (5am, 2pm, and 9pm) and get about 7oz per session. Going back to work made a huge drop in my supply.

    I'm pumping 4 times a day now and have been since G was 4 months(he is almost 5) I get anywhere from 29-33 oz a day. I am basically just breaking even with what he needs but I have a little (300 oz) stash that I can dip into when I need. My goal is 6 months and I can NOT! believe I am almost there. Pumping's a bi%*ch!
