It's about how they used to make Disney cartoons. It's amazing all the work that used to go into it. I know, I know, there's a TON of work that still goes into it now... But with computers and all that we have these days, you don't need "rows of pretty girls filling in the colors".
Oh, how times have changed...
And get a load of the gas mask the woman is wearing when she's working with the color chemicals. She has a gas mask, but no eye protection. At least there's something. It must have been pretty vile stuff to work with, if they're using caution for it back then. (I realize this is a generalized statement, but it seems like we know so much more nowadays about dangerous chemicals that we take more precautions now than we did then.)
The video is a little long, but I found it entertaining.

When I was in college, I took a film class and we watched a video similar to this one, it really is phenomenal, and that mask is seriously intense!
Computers really have changed everything, it sounds like such a simple concept, but times change so quickly now with the advancements in technology.
