I wish I knew someone who was due in early March or Feb. If it were me, I'd put my child in a Big Brother or Sister onesie on April Fool's day and watch the shock in my DH! I guess that's just my sense of humor but I would find that hilarious!
I have wanted to do this, but for the last couple of years it wouldn't have worked. Last year we were TTC already, so it wouldn't have been funny.
I do want to offer up my pee to someone, but when I've offered to my girlfriends who are married or in serious relationships they say that it would be "too mean." Blah
IMO April Fool's Day jokes that joke about pregnancies are in poor taste and offensive to some of us that had to try really hard and go through a lot to get our babies.

Double this. I used to cringe and practically avoid facebook, twitter, etc on April Fool's when I was TTC and struggling, because it was brutal all the fake pregnancy jokes.

If you were doing it to joke around with your husband that's one thing but offering to take a pregnancy test for someone else is a bit much. I've seen stuff like that actually happen and turn out bad for ALL parties involved.... But if I was having a baby earlier I probably would definitely do the onsie thing to DH... Just him and me and we are big joksters!
I was born on April Fools day and trust me, you don't want your poor child to listen to all the terrible jokes! Avoid an April 1 birthday at all costs!
Of course, I'm better off than DH because he was born on the fourth of July.
