So who is 41+ weeks? And still trying to go natural?

Wondering how many of you out there are at 41 weeks or more? Are you all scheduling inductions? Are any of you--like me--trying some natural induction methods first (chiropractor, labor tea, nipple stimulation, etc.) and trying to avoid a medical induction? I'm planning a homebirth, so I'm really trying to avoid going to 42 weeks and I'm starting to get worried. It doesn't help that everyone keeps calling and asking where the baby is!

Not there yet but talked to my doc yesterday who said at 41 we would induce and I said we could discuss it at 41 and if an NST and fluid U/S came back fine we would go to 42. As for natural attempts-I'm trying some of it...I hear mixed things about nip stim so I haven't tried it yet. I am willing to have membranes stripped in the off chance it might help me avoid pitocin.

I'll just say anyone who goes beyond 41 weeks still trying to go natural has my respect. That was my original plan, but I've gotten so frustrated that I'm caving and letting my doc schedule my induction at 41 weeks. I wish I had the patience to tell him to give me another week to try to go into labor naturally. Kudos to you ladies!
