War of the Worlds? FREAKY! (NBR)

If you've seen the movie War of the Worlds with Tom Cruise, then you probably would recognize the freakish sound of the 'aliens' in the movie. If you've never seen it, click here and listen real quick. (It's a YouTube link, not spam.)

Okay. Now comes the scary part. My cousin, e-mailed me this video (also a YouTube link).

Ummm...sound similar? It's really freaky. Apparently this has been going on for awhile. I even found a link online of the same noise happening at a baseball game, and the announcer even commented about how weird it was.

The kicker was that my cousin's parents heard this noise in my hometown (which is about an hour away from me.)

This could so easily be a hoax, but it is still a little freakish nonetheless! There are a lot of videos from Canada on the second video link. Any of you Canadian Bumpies heard this strange noise?

That's very weird. I wonder how easy it is to overdub a sound into a shot like that...

OO Creepy. I dont want to listen to the sound though because then I'll be looking out for it! I get freaked out easy so the story is enough to freak me out.
