My moist panties (This could also be a title for a bodice ripper!)

There is just way too much discharge going on down in the lady parts these days.  Bleh.  Today is especially damp and gross.  I use baby powder, but it's not helping.  Plus, I think it's time to invest in some granny panties because too tight prepregnancy underwear + lots of moistness = chafed lady areas.  Ouch! :(

  • Having the same issue!!! I've had discharge, but the moistness has been increased in the last few weeks. I've decided that from here on out I'm only wearing cotton bikinis - everything else chafes like crazy. I can't do granny panties because if I pull them over my belly, they slide right down then I have underwear bulk bulging through my jeans. Oh boy.

I'll check out some bikini briefs... or maybe some hipsters.

They're definitely the best for me. I've tried a lot of different things. I just bought a couple big packs of like Hanes cotton bikinis or something. They come right under my bump and stay up. For me, they work. Plus, I've resorted to wearing pads to help. No pantiliners for me.... before I was taken out of work, I wore one to work to combat the moisture. Well, a little while into my shift I noticed that it was no where to be found - I even took my scrub pants off to see if it was stuck inside my pants. Knowing my luck, it probably fell out in a patient's room or in the cafeteria EmbarrassedIndifferent So I've found that pads are more efficient with the amount of moisture... and harder to lose.

You really can't make that up!! Thanks for the giggle!!
  • I think I need to move to light pads too b/c pantyliners just aren't cutting it anymore...it is grossing me out!

Mattel - Thanks for the laugh! Now I'm worried about losing the liner in my classroom, wouldn't that be interesting to explain when 2nd graders found it?! Haha

  • I just noticed this today. I was at work for 6 hours. The first time I went pee, I noticed the discharge leaked through my panties, onto my pants. And you could see it from the outside!  Embarrassed Thank God it wasn't visible when standing up/walking. I think it's time to start panty liners again. I just didn't realize how bad it was until today.

  • I've been wearing panty liners for a couple months now. I went to Walgreens and bought 2 75 packs and I have to buy more this weekend. My OB said at my 28 week appointment that I should expect more discharge now and I was like "more than I've already had?!" I'm wondering if I should switch to pads, though, now that you guys are talking about it...

Wow. I don't know whether I should laugh or cry for you.

I wear hipster underwear with pantyliners during the day and women's boxer briefs at night, which totally rock and are the most comfortable underwear ever. I'm so jealous of men and their big underwear and baggy pants.

  • pantyliners have become one of my best friends.
  • Swampcrotch... it's not just for summer! Cool

Really though, I'm resorting to the wrapped liners and keep a few in my pockets at work... that way when I go pee one of the many times I do, I can change it without needing to hunt through my backpack/purse to find something.

  • I had that happen a lil earlier on, and it turned out to be a tear (leaking fluid), so you may want your doc to check to be sure when you go to your next appointment. Low fluid isn't so great.

  • i totally feel your pain. There are times I think, did my water break? Luckily we one have a short time to go, though it will likely feel like an eternity

  • Every time I pee I think "was that more than usual?" I am so worried about my water breaking or leaking and not knowing it.

Luckily I haven't had too much discharge.  A few weeks ago I had what looked like EWCM but it went away after 2 days.

Whaaaat??  Where do I find these?

My DH is going to laugh.  He says the older I get the bigger my underwear get.  I've moved into the boy shorts, but I want some boxer briefs!
