  Check with your doc... but when I had my sinus infection, they let me take Sinus and Allergy Sudafed.

  My Dr. said Benadryl, Sudafed, or Claritin were OK.  But definitely check with your office first.

  Sudafed PE (red pill)

  Tylenol Extra Strength

  Ocean Nasal Spray

  I know you need to avoid whatever it is that they use for decongestant.  So Claritin would be OK, but Claritin-D would NOT be OK.

  Definitely check with your doctor.  I had a cold around 14 weeks and my doctor's receptionist said I could take Tylenol or "plain" Robitussin.  So when I went to the pharmacy, I asked the pharmacist which was "plain" Robitussin and she said that she wouldn't take anything at all if possible while pregnant.  Being pregnant for the first time, I decided to just take her advice and ride the cold out with lots of fluids (mostly juice).  It lasted about a week and a half but went away.
