I have no idea! (how's that for help?). I assume baby #2 will room share for at least a few months then we have to decide if we want to get a second crib or move #1 up to a big girl bed.
I will have 2u2 for a little while. DD slept in our room until 6 months, so we'll probably do that with the new baby. Then he or she will have their own room for now (unless we decide to have more children).
We'll probably get a sit n stand stroller. My friend has one and I really like it.
Does 3 under 2 count? I have no idea what we're going to do... my girls stayed in my bedroom with me for the first 6 months, so I'll definitely do that with new baby as well. So that buys me a little time, after that... if they all can't share a room the guest bedroom might have to become another kid room!
I'm not sure if I'm going to get a triple stroller, or just get a single stroller for baby and always require two people to help push. If I'm taking them all for a walk, I'll just wear baby.

DD stayed in our room for 4-5 months so we will probably do that again. Even with that time I don't think she will be ready for a toddler bed. The 2U2 board said if you have the room separate rooms is the way to go. I think we will convert our guest bedroom into another nursery and get some roll away beds or something for our guests. I'm looking into double strollers but haven't made any decisions :-/
We will move DS into DD's room until #3 is about 1 year old (and STTN), #3 will be in the smallest room until then. Then we'll move #3 into a room with whatever gender it is (like if #3 is a girl, then it and DD will share).
ETA: We already have a double stroller (which I recommend to anyone with 2u2!!!) so we'll still use that. I won't get a triple stroller, since DD can walk and DS will likely be able to walk by then.
I haven't really starting thinking too much about this yet. Still too nervous...
But I do have some thoughts...we'll have to get a double stroller. Possibly the double citi mini. And we'll make the guest room into the baby's room. My son will keep his room. If we have 2 boys, then we'll eventually move the baby into DS room and they'll share.
I plan to move DS to a big boy bed this summer so that the new baby can have the crib. They will be in separate rooms. DS is a great sleeper so there's no way I'm doing anything to change that lol!
Probably not much for the nursery. DD has spent a grand total of maybe an hour in her room/nursery. We still bedshare.
For the stroller, I imagine one of those double strollers that you can snap a carseat into one of them. I use my snapngo with DD all the time. I barely ever use the full size stroller we have. I'm going for small and lightweight. I'll start looking for real around 6-7. Months.
I already got two double strollers on CL. One is a sit n stand for errands/mall/etc. Even at 14 months my DD can sit on the back just fine so I know she'll be a pro by the time she's 22 months. The other is a big double jogger (Baby Jogger) that we can take on the unpaved trails at the lake near our house. It unfortunately doesn't fit in the back of my car without pulling off wheels or putting the seat down so keep that in mind. I rarely go to the lake without DH so we'll just have to take two cars (it's ~2 miles away). He's really wanted a van ever since DD came along so that is a goal of ours for next year.
Our nursery is not big enough for another crib so DD gets a new room (I think). If we find out it's a boy I MIGHT create a new nursery so I don't have to paint over the pink stripes in the nursery. Our guest room will go away which isn't a problem since there's another one in the basement but I am concerned about loosing my computer desk and bookshelf and closet space. I'm wondering if I can leave that where it is until my toddler is out of her crib. ***Anybody doing a nursery/office?*** This is also why I was thinking of putting the new baby in this room. Eventually the kids will share a room for a few years if they are both are girls so that my office stuff has a place of it's own and maybe we'll put a twin bed in there too. I'm already dreaming of a bigger house as soon as my oldest goes to kindergarden (we'll essentially get a huge raise that year since we won't be paying for childcare).
I will have 2u2. A friend just gave me their toddler bed. So I am hoping to get DD in the toddler bed by the time that we move LO#2 from the bassinet in our room to the nursery. (That's the plan for now. I've got a lot of time to change my mind!)

Us! DD was in her Pnp in our room until 4 months and we would like to do the same. So even if DD is still in her crib when this LO is born we will transition her at 2. She is already starting to try to climb out of her crib though, so I'm thinking she will be in her big girl bed (waaaaaa) within the next couple of months.
For stroller, once we find out sex, we will get a double.
DD will stay bed sharing with us (unless she chooses otherwise) and baby will have a nursery. We are currently in a one bedroom and just got pre-approved on a mortgage so we can start looking at houses.
I might try and get DD to sleep in her own room in her toddler bed when we move, if that happens, baby will be in our room for a few months and then move to the nursery. In the end, they'll be sharing a room.
This has seriously been stressing me out. I'm trying to convince DH that we need to move into a bigger home (we currently live in a two-bedroom townhome), but I'm not positive we have the finances right now to move to one that we'd like.
So, #2 will prob sleep with us for the first 6 months in a pnp. If we don't move, they're gonna have to just both be in the same room...which worries me because I'm afraid they'll wake each other up all the time.
Ugh. We did not plan for two babies so close together when we bought this house! I know everything will work itself out, but...ahhh!
I will just barely make the 2u2 category. We are going to change our guest bedroom into another nursery. I'm sure the baby will sleep in the RnP for a couple of months at least. I definitely want them to have separate rooms since DS isn't used to having a room mate. If one is asleep, i want them to stay asleep! We will be getting a double stroller, but I'm clueless what kind.
If it's a boy they will share, if it's a girl they won't. We will move DS a couple months after the new baby is born since s/he will be in our room for awhile.
- We redid an entire nursery for DD. DS was still in his crib and wasn't climbing out, so I wasn't about to force him out just so I could use the crib. So we got all new furniture for her. For #3 though, he/she will use DS crib after the first 6 months.
- We bought a Baby Jogger City Mini double stroller and LOVE it. One of my best baby-related purchases ever.

I'm going to be 3u3. We have a 3 bedroom.

We will have 2 nurseries. We don't want the new baby in the room with J and waking him up with his crying in the night since J just started STTN
This is the stroller we will be getting
