    You totally posted this just because you knew I was around, didn't you. :P

    We're having lemony orzo with asparagus, peas & goat cheese (basically lazy risotto).  I'm having a veggie burger with a portobello on and H & Joaquin are having pork chops.

    Tomorrow is leftovers quesadillas with corn (H'll do shredded leftover pork chops, I'll do broccoli and mushrooms), Wednesday is spaghetti, and Thursday everything goes to hell because my family is coming to town for Joaquin's party.

    It's not getting worse at the same rate, but it's still healing. Work strained the crap out of my eyes this weekend. That and throwing death stares at my co-irker.

    Will you adopt me please???  Your menu sounds delicious. 

    I don't know what I'm cooking yet -I got mad and left the store yesterday without buying stuff to cook this week - the first 4 things I wanted were out of stock and I could not imagine going through the whole store getting ticked off over nothing being on the shelves.

    This happened to me last night - but I continued through the store, wasted a ton of time, and just got more and more pissed.

    That shiz happened to me that other day and I almost started crying by the third item. I hardly got to use any of the coupons I brought because they didn't have anything and I'm too lazy for rain checks. We kept shopping though because our fridge was empty.
