Jefferson/Glen, NH family hotel reccs? Anyone?

We decided last night that we will be heading to Storyland/Santa's Village and maybe the Thomas Train thing in the summer.
I am trying to find a family friendly type resort to stay that is near them or in between the two.
I have stayed at The Red Jacket Inn in N. Conway and we love it, but I am sure traffic heading that way in the summer would be nuts so am trying to find something closer.
My internet searches are getting me no where because I am afraid of small unknown resorts without much to go on but the pictures they post online.
A lot of years and a million tears finally led me to you.
After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

Hi Krissy,
We stayed at the North Conway Grand Hotel. Very kid friendly....there is an outdoor pool geared for little ones. It is also located right behind the outlets if you are interested in shopping. Have a great time and good luck with your search.
