Lockhart area - recommend childcare

Hi! I am new to this board and I have a question. I live in the dale area and am looking for a childcare provider. I am only about 7 weeks, but I wanted to get a head start on the research.

Could you recommend a childcare provider?

Progesterone B/W at 11DPO (9/21/2011) - 3.5 (Ovulatory)
HSG (10/3/2011) - Normal!
SA (11/8/11) - Normal except for low morph. (18%)
SA (11/23)- same as above
BFP #1 - 12/16/11
Due date - 8/26/12
Its a BOY!
DS born 9/2/2012

    I don't want you to think we are ignoring you.  I just don't think we have anyone who lives in Lockhart.  Welcome to the board and congrats on your little bean!

    I have two friends who have their little one's in daycare in Lockhart but they are both teachers and using the ISD daycare.

    What area of town is your job located?

    One of those friends would be me! I teach in LISD and my daughter goes to The Cub House, which is the school district's daycare. However, I have heard really good things about Connie's Kids. It's located behind the Dairy Queen near the high school. I know teachers who've moved their kids out of The Cub House and over to Connie's Kids because they've had an issue or two with The Cub House (I don't have any issues with them, but everyone has their preferences).

    Also... daycare in Lockhart is much cheaper than daycare in Kyle/Austin. I also know of a good daycare in Luling, but I can't remember the name off the top of my head. If you'd like I can find out the name and get back to you. Hope some of this helped! Good luck!

    Thanks everyone. I actually work in austin, but I would like to take my kids to a lockhart daycare, so when they go to school they will be familar with other kids.

    I have heard of Connie's and I seen really good reviews on it.
