    DH and I can't agree on a boy's name to save our lives, but we both really like Elinor for a girl. I think Elinor Aster sounds lovely, and I love Milo for a boy... DH hasn't expressed extreme disgust over that name, yet, so we'll see! We're staying Team Green, so we'll have to get serious about having a couple names picked out.

    we are naming our daughter Lily Anna Catherine and our last name rhymes with boss.

     If it were a boy we would be SOL we had no names picked out and couldn;t come to an agreement on anything but a middle name which would have been Michael after my pop who passed away is 2005

    Now that we know it's a boy we are pretty set on Emmett for the first name, that's DH's middle name and someone in his family has had that name for every generation so I love the historical aspect of it.  But we are stumped on a middle name...we were thinking James after my Dad and Grandpa who are both gone, but I'm not sure about Emmet James G.  We are also considering ancient greek names because we met studying classical philosophy in grad school and think it would be neat, but I just don't know about a middle name like Aristotle, Aeschylus, or Homer...so yeah...still working on that!

    I LOVE both Mila and Lilah. Especially Lilah. DH wasn't digging Lilah on our list. Booo.

    For a girl we are going Calliope Rose

    A boy will be Lincoln and we aren't 100% on a middle name. I like Lennox but DH is second guessing it. The other options are Davis or Brooks.

    Do you watch Grey's and Private Practice? Stick out tongue I love Calliope Rose

    I like Clara Grace, DH likes Clara Mae. Though I'll admit, Mae sounds better with her last name.

    yes! That's where Addison's name came from and this girl name is a tribute to her. Calliope from Greys anatomy also and Rose is the June birth flower and that's Addy's birthday :)

    We find out in ONE WEEK what we're having!

    We're 90% sure (gut instinct) it's a boy- Graham.

    If it's a girl, we're not 100% on names, but the top 2 are Eden or Anna.

    Our little girl is Eleanor Beatrice, nn Ellie.  If by some random chance she's actually a boy, her name with be Benjamin, though we never settled on a middle name so we will be on the spot for that!

    Our little boy's name is Gavin Paul.  First name we both just really liked and middle name is after my grandfather who has been the closest thing to a father I've had.

    We have really similar taste. Girls picks are Iris, Georgia or Alice. Middle name will be Eleanor after DH's grandmother. Boys are much tougher. Right now we both like Henry but my cousin just used it and it's getting popular in my area.  Middle name will be William after DH. 

     

    We do! I love old-fashioned sounding names. We thought about Alice as well :)

    Despite my ticker, we are still deciding between two names for our little girl.  The plan is to decide once we see her beautiful face:

    Norah Lynn

    or

    Harper Lynn

    My favorite is still Norah and DH's favorite is Harper...we'll see how that shakes out! :)

    This! Edited to add my own! We'll be team green again, but if it's a girl I am LOVING Lola for a first name (no middle name ideas yet) but it is so matchy-matchy with Lilah (DD). What do you all think of it? (Having a Lilah and Lola). For a boy, our name is TOP secret, but I'll share here. We loooove the name Stone Patrick. (DHs middle name is Patrick).

    It's pronounced like Eleanor, it's just an English spelling because I am a tremendous Jane Austen geek :P

    I really do want to wait and DH does, too... and I am also really wanting to avoid all of the gender drama for as long as possible!
