Oh, lady. That is one of my big fears. You are in good hands, though, as you've said and hopefully, things continue what seems to be the present course and fluid replenishes and if there was a tear, it's healed.
You are also so close to viability. I am crossing my fingers for you, because it's so close and so important. Good news that you will have steriods soon, and that she is a girl (they are a little more developed and statistically do better than preemie boys).
Also visit the high risk board - there are others in similar situations and plenty of bedrest ladies who can help support you. Hang in there, mama.

I will be praying for you! I was in the ER Monday Jan 2 and had similiar discharge and fluid that had just started the night before. Everything checked out fine. I go back tomorrow. I am still experiencing the same wet pads and have even seen that it is a little pink with blood. I will have them check the fluids tomorrow for sure to make sure the same is not happening.
So great that they caught this and that you're being closely monitored and hopefully things will right themselves. Sending lots of good thoughts and prayers for that baby to stay put and your fluid levels to rise. Keep us posted!
Joining the ranks to send you HUGE T&Ps--and it looks like we share a due date as well, so I'll be cheering you and your little girl (we're also Team Pink) on to make it as close to that date as possible! Hang in there, hang out, hang tough, post away, holler if needed (don't know where you're located but would gladly come and visit and bring you stuff if you were close and wanted me to--and I'm totally serious), and keep us posted!
Ugh best wishes! That all sounds so scary...I'm glad you posted this here though because I have noticed a lot of discharge lately (although it seems to be tapering off) and am having serious problems when I cough (as in every single time I pretty much have to change my undies...so lame.) I'm definately bringing it up at my next appointment (it sort of came on after my last one) and I've just been writing it off as more discharge and just something to live with.
Please call your OB before your next appointment! They may want to check you out before then. I hope that it is nothing more than regular discharge!
