BIOFREEZE

If you're like me & been getting tension headaches that travel through your temples, ears & neck ~ Biofreeze is awesome & safe to use.

You can typically find it at any nice day spa, chiropractor. I had the worst headache/neck ache last night, rubbed the stuff on my neck & woke up so refreshed.

Just thought I'd share

    I dont think that's what Biofreeze is used for... isnt it for joints and muscles??!

    BTW: I love the stuff and get horrible headaches... but I would think the smell of it would make it worst.

     Glad it worked for you though...

    BioFreeze is basically just like IcyHot... My MIL actually buys it from HyVee and maybe even Walmart...

    Im not a huge fan of it... I prefer IcyHot, seems to work better for me...

    It is, my headaches travel through my neck though & really seemed to help with my headache as well (including the smell)~I'm really sensitive to smells btw

    It was the only thing that gave me any relief from my leg cramps with DS. So far I haven't had use it with pregnancy, but I have it under my bathroom sink just in case.

    I concur. It's far less offensive smelling then other muscle rubs and I like that it cools while the other ones heat. I too use it on my neck and it makes a world of difference.
