Another sick baby

I complained a couple of days ago that DS is not sleeping well, tossing and turning and bumping his head in his crib. Turned out he was getting sick:( I got sick as well. He got a cough that scared me. Sounded like an old smoker's cough. And he got runny nose. Luckily, no fever. Saw the Pedi, she said his lungs don't sound that bad and that it is probably a cold or some virus we picked up on the planes/airports. So for the past 2 days he was really down. Not himself at all. The humidifier and the steamy baths were helping him some. He is still coughing, but less. Last night he slept well, woke up once to eat. Today finally he looks happy and playful. Still coughing and has a runny nose, but doesn't seem to be bothered. He spend over 1/2 an hour seating on a blanket playing with toys and chatting. Then while mama was cooking, he was played on the kitchen floor with pans and spoons. I finally feel better! I am still in a pretty bad shape with my cold/flu, but in better spirits since DS is feeling much much better. Whew!
