Having problems logging in/retrieving password

This is not my usual name... I'm usually KRISTA555.

My old password isn't working, and when I clicked on the button to have my password emailed to me, it said it was sent, but nothing is in my inbox after several tries. 

I added "administrator@thebump.com" to my contact list to be sure it wasn't going to my spam folder. 

Help?
